Internships

At Lehigh’s College of Health, hands-on industry experience is a core part of your education. Through strategic partnerships across the healthcare sector and beyond, you will apply classroom learning to real-world challenges while building a competitive professional edge.

Our majors gain direct experience through high-impact placements, including:

  • Health Communications and Marketing: Sarapeta Therapeutics, a global biotech company engineering precision genetic medicine.
  • Environmental Health and Safety: Merck, a premier research-intensive biopharmaceutical company.
  • Health Program Evaluation: Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, overseeing state healthcare, disability and food assistance programs.
  • Digital Health: The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, offering specialized summer internships and semester co-op experiences in digital and technology services.

To ensure these opportunities are accessible to everyone, all College of Health majors can apply for funding to support paid internships, research projects or study abroad experiences. We actively connect you with corporate partners while providing financial backing for nonprofit placements, ensuring every student can pursue meaningful, career-defining work.
