Partnerships
The College of Health advances research and community impact through strong partnerships with healthcare systems, community organizations, industry, and government agencies. These collaborations allow faculty and students to test ideas in real-world settings, translate research into practice, and give students opportunities to develop practical skills while addressing pressing health challenges in the Lehigh Valley and beyond.
Our clinical partners include, for example, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network, Jefferson Health–Lehigh Valley Health Network, Geisinger, and BAYADA Home Health Care, where collaborations support work in rehabilitation science, aging and home-based care, health system innovation, and disability-focused research.
We also work closely with community and civic partners throughout the Lehigh Valley, including the Allentown and Bethlehem school districts and health departments, and nonprofit organizations such as the Lehigh Valley Center for Independent Living, New Bethany, and the Bradbury-Sullivan LGBT Community Center. These collaborations help ensure that research addresses real community needs and translates into practical improvements in health, accessibility, and well-being.
In addition, the College partners with the United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley, the Lehigh Valley Community Foundation, and a wide range of nonprofit, philanthropic, and municipal partners across the region and beyond.
Companies, foundations, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies interested in collaborating with Lehigh researchers or engaging students in applied projects are encouraged to explore opportunities through Lehigh’s partnership gateway.
