Zhe Chen, MD, MS, is a practicing hospitalist and the AVP of AI and Data Science at Jefferson Health. With a dual foundation in frontline clinical medicine and advanced analytics, Dr. Chen specializes in translating complex machine learning models into practical tools that improve healthcare delivery. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Montefiore Health System, and holds a Master of Science in Data Science from Northwestern University. His current work focuses on leveraging AI and machine learning and robust data architecture to streamline clinical workflows, optimize patient care, and enhance the overall efficacy of clinical care teams.
