Anthony Wolk ’89

Anthony Wolk has more than 25 years of business, transactional, corporate development and legal experience. Prior to HouseWorks, Wolk was part of the executive leadership team at Universal American Corp., a publicly traded health insurance and health services company focused on the senior market, which was sold to WellCare Health Plans in April 2017. Throughout his career, Wolk has executed more than 25 mergers and acquisitions with aggregate values in excess of $6 billion, including the successful sales of two public companies where he served as a key member of the executive leadership team. 

Wolk is a graduate of Lehigh University and New York University School of Law (cum laude) and was a 2006 recipient of the New Jersey BIZ Forty Under 40 Award.
