Anthony Wolk ’89

Tony Wolk brings more than 30 years of experience in business, transactions, corporate development, and law. He is the President of ALW Consulting, LLC, where he advises small businesses—primarily in healthcare services—on mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, Tony served as Owner, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Development at HouseWorks, LLC, one of the largest independent home care companies in the U.S., where he led its sale to a private equity firm. Before that, he was a member of the executive leadership team at Universal American Corp., a Fortune 500 NYSE-listed company providing health insurance and managed care services to seniors, which was acquired by WellCare. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Centennial Communications Corp., a NASDAQ-listed telecommunications provider with more than $1 billion in revenue, culminating in its sale to AT&T and was a corporate attorney in private practice at large international law firms.

Tony is a graduate of Lehigh University and New York University School of Law (cum laude) and was recognized in 2006 as a recipient of the New Jersey BIZ Forty Under 40 Award. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center and Temple B’nai Jeshurun, and remains active in civic and community committees in Short Hills/Millburn, New Jersey.
