Rebecca Jaffe, MD, MPH ’78 ’19P

Rebecca Jaffe, MD is a board-certified family physician with more than 30 years of field experience. She currently is a Senior Medical Director at Aledade, working to sustain physician independence through value-based care. Her passion began by working at a Community Health Center, was strengthened by teaching at a family medicine residency, and she successfully ran her own private family practice business. Jaffe has served on the National Board of Directors of the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. Her journey in sports medicine allowed her to publish in the field, as well as to travel with athletes during national and international competitions. She was president of the American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation.
She has served her community on her local hospital board and various fundraising sporting events. Dr. Jaffe earned her undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and her medical degree from the Medicine College of Pennsylvania. She also completed her Masters in Public Health at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She is a proud parent of a Lehigh graduate.
