Peter Bailey '92 is CEO and Board Director of Sentrics, a leading technology provider dedicated to revolutionizing the future of senior living and acute care.

Mr. Bailey was Founder and Executive Vice Chairman of Continuum Health, where he provided leadership and direction in the vision, planning and operations of Continuum and its subsidiaries. Prior to his role as Executive Vice Chairman of the Board, Mr. Bailey served as Chief Executive Officer of Continuum Health where he was responsible for shaping and delivering on the company’s promise of service excellence and for driving the company’s mission and core values through strategic day-to-day management. Before joining Continuum, Mr. Bailey served as the Chief Executive Officer of LabVantage Solutions, an industry leading global enterprise software and services firm. His past experience also includes executive leadership roles at GE, including General Manager & Vice President of Clinical Data Services at GE Healthcare IT, General Manager & Vice President of Services at GE Life Sciences, Chief Information Officer & Lean Six Sigma Leader at GE Water & Process Technologies, and more. Mr. Bailey was a consultant for McKinsey & Company in both the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices and was also in Sales and Product Management for Hitachi in both the US and Japan. Mr. Bailey is currently on the Board of Directors at MJHS, a regional health system in the New York metropolitan area that is focused on serving at-risk populations.

Mr. Bailey received a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned a master’s degree in international relations from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a bachelor’s degree in business and economics from Lehigh University.
